I come from an inland town, and undoubtedly one of the biggest milestones of my career was deciding to completely change my life and move to São Paulo. It was there that I consolidated my work and grew as a tattoo artist.

Opening my first studio in São Paulo and doing my first guest spot outside Brazil was also an unforgettable moment, showing that my work transcended borders.

When I look at my journey in tattooing, I realize it can also be told through the changes I had the courage to face.

Often, what I had already mastered had to make room for a new way of working. And perhaps one of the greatest lessons of my path was precisely this: understanding that experience does not mean continuing to do everything the same way. Experience is also knowing how to change.

The first time I won an award at Tattoo Week was in 2016. I went at the last minute, tattooed in just one day, and won the Best of Sunday category.

Another important moment was serving as a juror for the first time in another country, in Chile, at Batalla del Tattoo.

Having the opportunity to tattoo outside Brazil, in Edinburgh, Scotland, and Prague, Czech Republic, was definitely one of the most special milestones.

For a long time, traveling to other countries through my art seemed like a distant dream. Tattooing made it a reality and took me to places I never imagined I could reach.

I came from the bottom with dreams that felt distant. I faced insecurity, frustration, and moments so tough I thought of quitting, but I found my purpose in tattooing.
